TL;DL:

New Transfer rules (passed and need ratifying by 2/3 of UHSAA schools):

* Sit out 1/2 the year or 30 days whichever is longer. If you played the sport during the last 12 months at a varsity level
* Exceptions full family move, bullying/harassment (need to be certified by both sending and receiving school.
* Guardianship change is only granted if both parents are deceased or there's proof of neglect or abandonment.

Students on F1 Visas rule:
* If any UHSAA team plays a game/match/event with an F1 visa, then the team forfeits the opportunity to play in the state playoffs
* All F1 Visa students can compete sub varsity
* Schools can choose to go independent by sport or, I think, have an independent team along with Varsity and the Varsity team would be eligible as long as there are no F1 Visa students
