These top 10 rankings are becoming more and more difficult to make. Here are a few notes for each classification:
6A - Outside of Westlake, I'm really just guessing for 2-10 and going off my gut feeling. Their game at Bingham this week will tell us a lot about them as Bingham has been a giant slayer at home.
5A - @ballerz.basketball mentioned what a great surprise Wasatch has been early on, but their toughest schedule is still before them. I watched Springville play at home vs LCA and, outside of Mason Hansen, they looked completely overwhelmed. Keep an eye on Payson as well.
4A - It's easily the most wide open classification right now. The rankings and RPI's won't matter and we may end up with some early matchups in the playoffs that could've just as easily been the state finals (kind of like the AF vs Davis game last year in 6a)
3A - Morgan
2A - I have it on good authority that Parowan is very good but I think ALA and Kanab are going to be meeting in the finals
1A - Coach Hughes and the Manila Mustangs are hooping and he couldn't happen to a better guy. Coach Hughes is one of the most genuine and good people I've met during my time around Utah HS basketball. They have a big game against Rich and Ridge Lundren is back for the Rebels.
Overall - First of all, I can't find any schedules or results for Anthem Prep. Anywhere so I can't really rank them. Timpview ad LCA are 1 and 1a right now. The top 4 teams will all play each other down the stretch as well.
