You’ll notice an incredible lack of D2/D3/NAIA schools in Utah (1 to be exact)
Parents, as you are venturing into the world of recruiting please do not ever ghost a coach at any level and be prepared for the fact that your student will most likely not play basketball in Utah or maybe not even at a school in a bordering state
The opportunities outside the Rocky Mountain area are massive, but you have to be willing to let go and let your kid grow up to have the best chance of playing!

I actually have some interesting stuff developing with some more contributors and, given the recent Private Equity acquisition of Prep Hoops, hope to have some help and get more content that’s not behind a paywall out about the players in our state
