End of the regular season is coming up quickly

I want to highlight some teams who have really surprised this year

6A - Westlake - preseason, we knew they were good from their run to Section7 and play in the GWC, but this regular season has been one they will remember forever and I know they're not satisfied.

5A - Wasatch - if you asked the players, they all saw this year coming and we probably should have listened! The Wasps are going to be dangerous in the 5A tourney

4A - East - Coach Landen Cummings has got the Leopards in position to claim a region title and make a deep run in the 4a playoffs as well

3A - American Heritage - After Mana Wintana transferred to Wasatch Academy, I think most of us weren't sure how they'd respond, but Coach Wintana has them on a 4 game win streak with Morgan coming to town

2A - North Summit and Rowland Hall - both of these programs have surprised with how well they've played being led by 2028 guards Tayton Pace for NS and Jrue Miller for RH

1A - Manila - Rich was my preseason pick, but Manila is playing extremely well and they'll have a chance to avenge their loss to Rich on 2/13 after doing so against Tintic last week already. Kale Chowning and crew are going to be a problem in the playoffs

For the national teams, I don't know how the Chipotle Nationals work, but I'd love to see LCA get in along with Wasatch Academy (if both qualify). We have been blessed with 4 really top tier national teams here in the state
